Welcome to 3OMLA

3OMLA serves as an online platform facilitating the buying and selling of euros within Algeria. It ensures secure transactions for users, offering competitive prices for buyers and connecting sellers with nationwide potential buyers.

The platform has two user categories

Buyers

Buyers are individuals seeking to purchase euros from sellers on 3OMLA. They can explore the market, selecting suitable prices and budgets. Upon finding a desired offer, they initiate a request to the seller. If accepted, the seller is required to make a payment to us for the exchange to proceed. Once the seller confirms their part of the exchange, the buyer can then make payment to the seller in dinar, and subsequently withdraw the requested amount.

Sellers

Sellers are individuals looking to sell euros, with a minimum amount of 5€, on the platform. They begin by creating a "Gig" specifying their price and budget. Once listed, their offer becomes visible in the market for potential buyers. Upon receiving a request, sellers must make a payment to our Wise account. They have the option to request a refund after one day if the buyer fails to pay. If the buyer completes the payment, the exchange is completed.

Banking Information

Each user, whether buyer or seller, must possess:

• Edahabia card

  (with a valid CCP number/address).

• Active Wise account

  (with a valid IBAN number).

The name associated with both accounts must match. Failure to meet these conditions may result in delayed or failed payments.

Pricing and Fees

Currently, We charge a small fee for our services. Also, users should be aware of fees charged by payment service providers (Wise and Slickpay) for each transfer.
